How do I obtain complimentary media passes?

Our current policy allows us to consider complimentary passes for entertainment, news and travel media only. This policy is for two (2) 1-Day, 2-Park passes per year. Please allow a two week turnaround on your request.

Am I eligible to register on this site?

Use of this site is intended for members of the professional news media.

How do I register?

To register, click on "Sign Up" link on the top of any page. You will be asked to fill out a short form and accept Universal Orlando's Usage Policy. If you didn't choose your password, a password will be assigned to you.

After completing all required fields, click the "Required Profile" button. Your password will be emailed to you within a few mintues of registering on the site. If you did not choose your password and wish to change it, log-in with the password provided and click "Update Profile". Here you can reset your password.

The fastest way to search for specific information about an attraction or event is to enter a keyword(s) into our site’s search tool at the top right of the screen and click “Go!”

The “Advanced Search” feature, also on the top right of the screen, allows you to limit your search by category (i.e., press releases, images, videos). Select “All” within the drop-down menu to search the entire Universal Orlando media site.

How do I download high-resolution images?

To locate and download high-resolution images, first log-in, then click on the “Multimedia” link on the top of the screen. Once you select an image, right click on the “HI-RES” icon and click “Save Target As” and the image should begin downloading.

I can’t find what I need on this site, who do I contact?

How can I be added to/deleted from your mailing list?

To receive Universal Orlando news updates by email, log into the media site and click on the “Update Profile” link on the left side of the screen. Here you can make edits to your profile information and choose to receive Universal Orlando email updates or cancel them.
